在算力基础之上，建设智能体公共服务平台则是推进“人工智能﹢”行动的重要抓手。周鸿祎坦言，当下，智能体规模化落地仍面临成本门槛、复合型人才供给不足以及安全风险等问题。“可由有关部门牵头，联合头部企业共建公共服务平台，把大模型和实用工具都放进去，集成大模型与工具集，提供从开发到部署的全流程服务，并通过专项基金、算力券等方式支持中小企业培育专精特新应用。同时可由平台承担人才培养与能力评估功能，依托真实业务场景开展培训与认证，提升应用能力与供给质量。”

Throughout the development of our microservices, we heavily leveraged dependency injection. As part of a .NET web application's startup process, you register the individual types that should be part of the inversion of control (IoC) container. Individual classes inject their dependencies as interfaces in their constructor arguments. This allows different concrete implementations to be used depending on the context.
